We are in business for neighbourhoods, creating places people want to live and provide a wide range of support and care services. Housing associations are independent social businesses that do not trade for profit, and reinvest surpluses into both their properties and communities. Building and renting homes is the most visible thing that we do.

Orwell owns in excess of 2500 homes in Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridge and Essex providing employment for over 220 people. As indicated above the Association also provides a wide range of care and support services for young people, women fleeing violence, those with learning difficulties and older persons.
